Japanese headphone brand final has announced PORTA. The wireless on-ear headphones weigh approximately 40g and have an announced Japanese launch price of ¥12,800 including tax, with release planned for 23 October 2026.
PORTA uses a slim wire headband with an Air Wire structure designed to minimise the area in contact with the head. Its small ear pads sit on the ears rather than surrounding them. The headphones also have an IPX4 splash-resistance rating.
Wireless connectivity is provided by Bluetooth 5.4, with support for the SBC and AAC audio codecs. Battery life is rated at up to eight hours of music playback per charge. Charging takes approximately 1.5 hours, and a dedicated USB-C charging cable is included.
The orange and black versions share the same main body, with the colour difference coming from their ear pads. Those pads are replaceable, and separate replacement ear pads for PORTA are planned for release in 2027.
