For Dealers

What you sell, what's in stock, what's ready for a demo, store by store.

List the brands and products you carry, show your demo systems, and get verified by the brands you sell.

Profile

The profile is how you present your business on Pure Neo: your business name, where you're based, how long you've been around, and a description you write yourself. Anyone who looks you up lands here.

Setups

You build setups too, and often for someone else: a customer. Curate a complete system to fit a customer's budget, or map an upgrade path that starts from what the customer already owns. On top of that, you get two functions of your own. If you run more than one store, you assign each setup to one of them. And you can mark a setup for what it is: a curated example put together from the brands you sell, or a system that's actually standing in your store, ready for a demo.

You can also price your setups, with a different meaning behind the number: for you the total is the offering price, what the system costs to buy from you.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives you one place to see how your account stands on Pure Neo: how complete your presence is, which brands have verified you, and what still needs attention.

Each part of your account, from brands and products to in-stock items and setups, shows a current count and a link to get there directly. Setup quality highlights which setups are demo-ready and what the others are still missing.

The dashboard also shows which brands have confirmed you as authorized, which haven't responded yet, and which you haven't requested verification from. Product coverage breaks down by brand and by category, so you can see where to fill gaps.

Brand management

Brand management is where you show which brands you sell at each of your stores. You add a brand, choose the store, and can declare yourself an authorized dealer. Once the manufacturer verifies the relationship, both the Authorized and Verified badges appear on your public page.

Removing a brand also removes its products from that store.

Product management

Product management is where you show which specific products you sell, store by store. You pick products from the catalogs of the brands you represent and add them to a store.

Each product carries three availability flags: in stock, demo, and used. These are independent, so a product can be in stock and set up for demo at the same time, or marked as used and nothing else. And because they're per store, the same product can be in stock at one shop and not at another. The flags help visitors find exactly what's available where.

If a product is missing from the database, you can request it.

Store management

If you have more than one location, store management is where you set up and maintain each store separately. Every store carries its own name, type (physical, online, or both), address, contact details, website, and opening hours, and each one gets its own public page on the platform.

Brands and products are managed per store, so visitors can see exactly what's available at each location.

AI Readiness Check

You can also order an AI Readiness Check for the brands you sell or are considering. The check runs the same seven AI models, showing how visible the brand is and what reputation it has: what it's known for, what it's praised for, and what draws criticism.

Early beta, rolling out October 2026.

News & Press Releases

News & Press Releases is where you tell the hi-fi world what's new. Manufacturers, distributors and dealers all have it, and everything you publish appears on your public Pure Neo page.

There are two formats. News is the quick update: what launched, what changed, what's coming. A press release is the full announcement, with the original document included so readers get it straight from the source.

Both carry images and link to the products they cover, so a reader gets from your announcement straight to the gear behind it.

Early beta, rolling out later this year: the Feed. Users who follow you see your news and press releases in their feed automatically, without visiting your page. That reaches enthusiasts, and just as much the reviewers and brands who follow the dealers they work with.

Getting started

Getting started is the first thing you see in the Business Suite: a checklist of what to set up, step by step. If your business holds more than one role, say distributor and dealer at once, you get a separate checklist for each.

Every step links straight to where it gets done and marks itself complete once it is. Once every checklist is complete, Getting started steps aside and To-dos takes the front spot.

To-dos & Notifications

Early beta, rolling out this year: To-dos is the running list of everything in your account that needs to be done. Tasks show up when something needs doing, and each one leads to where it gets done.

Notifications have their own tab next to To-dos. They keep you in the loop when something happens between you and your partners, so nothing that needs a response goes unnoticed.

User management

Adding product content to Pure Neo and keeping it current is work, and for most businesses it isn't what they're there for. User management lets you hand that work off without giving up control of your account.

You can hand editing rights to a partner, or bring in a third party like a web or advertising agency. Or you book the Pure Neo Content Service and we add the product content for you.

The team stays with your business. You invite editors by email and see who is active. You can pause someone's access and restore it later, or remove them for good.
