Show which brands you represent and where, which products you carry, and which dealers are verified to sell them.
Profile
The profile is how you present your business on Pure Neo: your business name, where you're based, how long you've been around, and a description you write yourself. Anyone who looks you up lands here.
Brand management
Brand management is where you build your portfolio on the platform: the brands you represent and the territories you cover. Adding a brand brings its full product catalog along automatically, so your presence fills out the moment a brand is in place.
For any brand you represent, you can request authorized distributor status and declare your territory: the countries and regions where you distribute it. When the brand's manufacturer grants it, the authorization and territory show on your public profile.
Product management
Not every distributor carries every product from every brand they represent. Product management is where you show exactly which ones you do.
The product list comes from your brands. When you add a brand in brand management, all its products appear. From there, you mark the ones you don't carry. You can search and filter the products to work through a large catalog.
Territories
Territories is where you declare where you sell each brand you carry. You name a region and pick the countries it covers.
The brand's manufacturer can verify the territory, which adds a trust signal.
Dealer management
Dealer management is how you control which dealers are verified to carry the brands you represent on Pure Neo. Every dealer who claims to carry one of those brands shows up here, and you decide who gets verified standing.
The dealer list shows each dealer's stores, locations, and which brands they carry, with search and territory filtering to narrow it down. A manage panel per dealer shows the detail: which brand and who verified it.
The same logic applies as on the manufacturer side. A new request might be a dealer you don't know yet, which is a potential new partner. And if a dealer claims to carry a brand without actually being authorized, you see that and can decline it.
Setups
You can also curate setups: complete systems assembled from components, shown on your public profile. Carrying several brands, you'll typically combine them into one system.

Dashboard
The dashboard gives you one place to see how your account stands on Pure Neo: which decisions are waiting, how well your catalog and territory coverage look, and where to go next.
Open requests show up front, whether from dealers seeking verification or brands needing attention. Each part of your account, from brands and dealers to products and content, shows a current count and a link to get there directly.
The dashboard also shows how much of each brand's catalog you actually carry, where your dealers are present across your declared territories, and which products still need better specs, descriptions, or photos. Profile completeness tracks separately, naming each missing field.
AI Readiness Check
You can also order an AI Readiness Check for the brands you carry or are considering. The scan runs the same seven AI models and shows how visible the brand is and what reputation it has: what it's known for, what it's praised for, and what draws criticism.
Early beta, rolling out October 2026.

News & Press Releases
News & Press Releases is where you tell the hi-fi world what's new. Manufacturers, distributors and dealers all have it, and everything you publish appears on your public Pure Neo page.
There are two formats. News is the quick update: what launched, what changed, what's coming. A press release is the full announcement, with the original document included so readers get it straight from the source.
Both carry images and link to the products they cover, so a reader gets from your announcement straight to the gear behind it.
Early beta, rolling out later this year: the Feed. Users who follow you see your news and press releases in their feed automatically, without visiting your page. That reaches enthusiasts, and just as much the reviewers and dealers who follow the businesses they cover and buy from.
Getting started
Getting started is the first thing you see in the Business Suite: a checklist of what to set up, step by step. If your business holds more than one role, say distributor and dealer at once, you get a separate checklist for each.
Every step links straight to where it gets done and marks itself complete once it is. Once every checklist is complete, Getting started steps aside and To-dos takes the front spot.
To-dos & Notifications
Early beta, rolling out this year: To-dos is the running list of everything in your account that needs to be done. Tasks show up when something needs doing, and each one leads to where it gets done.
Notifications have their own tab next to To-dos. They keep you in the loop when something happens between you and your partners, so nothing that needs a response goes unnoticed.
User management
Adding product content to Pure Neo and keeping it current is work, and for most businesses it isn't what they're there for. User management lets you hand that work off without giving up control of your account.
You can hand editing rights to a partner, or bring in a third party like a web or advertising agency. Or you book the Pure Neo Content Service and we add the product content for you.
The team stays with your business. You invite editors by email and see who is active. You can pause someone's access and restore it later, or remove them for good.
