This Privacy Policy describes what personal data Pure Neo actually collects, what we do with it, and who processes it for us. It covers pure-neo.io and our apps on app.pure-neo.io, chat.pure-neo.io and help.pure-neo.io.

Who we are

Pure Neo is operated by Neo Digital Magazines LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes DE 19958, United States. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Neo Digital Magazines LLC. You can reach us at business@pure-neo.io.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name or username, your email address, and a password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider; we never see or store them in plain text.

When you subscribe to a paid plan: your payment is processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never reach or get stored on our servers. We keep your subscription status, plan and billing history.

When you use the platform: the content you add, such as your hi-fi setups, photos you upload, and messages you send in the AI chat.

When you contact us: your email and what you write to us.

When you accept analytics in the cookie banner: anonymous-by-configuration usage data via Google Analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy. If you decline, no analytics data is collected at all.

How we use it

To provide the service and keep you signed in, to process your subscription and payments, to send transactional emails such as signup confirmations and receipts, to answer your support requests, and, only with your consent, to understand how the sites are used so we can improve them.

Who processes data for us

We run Pure Neo on a small set of service providers, each processing data only to provide their function: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), Vercel (app hosting), Framer (marketing site hosting and anonymous visit counting), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics (usage statistics, only after your consent), and OpenRouter (when you use the AI chat, your messages are sent through OpenRouter to the AI model you selected in order to generate the reply).

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising and we do not share your data with advertisers, ad networks or data brokers. We do not use remarketing, retargeting or advertising pixels. We do not build marketing profiles of you.

Where data is processed

We are a United States company, and our service providers process data in the United States and the European Union.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details in your account settings at any time. To correct or delete data, or to receive a copy of the data we hold about you, email us at business@pure-neo.io and we will handle it.

Children

Pure Neo is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
