Copyright Policy

Updated at 2026-11-06

Pure Neo is operated by Neo Digital Magazines LLC. Dealers and distributors can upload photos of the products they sell. We respect the rights of photographers and brands, and we expect everyone who uploads to Pure Neo to do the same. This page explains how to report an image you believe infringes your copyright, how an uploader can respond, and what happens to accounts that infringe repeatedly.

Our designated copyright agent

Send copyright notices to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent
Neo Digital Magazines LLC
16192 Coastal Highway
Lewes, DE 19958
United States
Phone: +43 676 6325566
Email: business@pure-neo.io

Our agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office’s DMCA Designated Agent Directory (registration DMCA-1085391). This contact is for copyright notices only. For anything else, use the contact details in our Terms & Conditions.

How to send a takedown notice

Your notice must be in writing and must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or as someone authorised to act for them.

  2. The work you believe is infringed, for example the original photo or where it is published. If one notice covers several works, a representative list is enough.

  3. The image on Pure Neo you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it. The link to the product page and a description of the photo is usually enough.

  4. Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.

  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.

A notice that misses any of these may not be acted on. Under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), anyone who knowingly makes a material false claim that material is infringing can be liable for the damages that result, including costs and legal fees.

What we do when we receive a notice

We remove the image, or block access to it, usually within one business day of receiving a complete notice. We tell the uploader that the image was removed and why, and we give them a copy of the notice.

How to send a counter-notice

If your image was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our designated agent. It must be in writing and must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. The image that was removed and where it appeared on Pure Neo before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the image was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the district where your address is (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Neo Digital Magazines LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

The same liability for false claims applies to counter-notices.

What we do when we receive a counter-notice

We send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them that we will put the image back in 10 business days. We restore the image between 10 and 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless the original sender tells our agent first that they have filed a court action to stop the uploader’s infringing activity.

Repeat infringers

We close the upload access, and in appropriate cases the account, of anyone who infringes repeatedly.

  • What counts as a strike: an image removed after a complete takedown notice, or an image we remove ourselves after confirming it infringes someone’s copyright. A strike is withdrawn if the image is restored after a counter-notice, or if the notice is withdrawn.

  • First strike: the image is removed and the uploader is told why.

  • Second strike within 12 months: the image is removed and uploading is paused for 30 days.

  • Third strike within 12 months: uploading is ended permanently, every image the uploader has added to Pure Neo is removed, and the account is closed.

We may act sooner, for example if an account uploads many infringing images at once or is plainly set up to infringe.
