Copenhagen Loudspeaker Company introduces CLC65A active speaker

Copenhagen Loudspeaker Company will present its new CLC65A at Audio Video Show Warsaw 2026. The fully active three-way loudspeaker contains three amplifier channels rated at 150 watts each, with dedicated amplification for the tweeter, midrange and bass sections. Availability is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

The CLC65A uses a DSP-controlled active crossover, with processing operating at 96kHz/32-bit. The DSP controls crossover characteristics, frequency response, phase and time alignment. Room correction and equalisation are also available through app control.

The driver array includes a 33mm Purifi PTT1.3 tweeter integrated into a 147mm waveguide, together with a dedicated 6.5-inch Purifi midrange driver. A 10-inch Purifi bass driver handles the low frequencies, while two 10-inch passive radiators are mounted on the rear of the enclosure.

A balanced XLR analogue input provides a connection to a preamplifier. The speaker also supports lossless WiSA wireless transmission at resolutions up to 24-bit/96kHz and has a coaxial S/PDIF digital connection.

The CLC65A is designed, developed, assembled and tested in Copenhagen, Denmark. Finish options are satin white, satin black and satin walnut real wood veneer. The speaker will be presented in Room 228 at PGE Narodowy during the Warsaw show, which takes place on 23–25 October 2026.
