Yoto launches fourth-generation Player and Mini models

Yoto has launched two fourth-generation screen-free audio players for children. The Yoto Player 4th Gen and Yoto Mini 4th Gen each have 64GB of storage for more than 1,000 hours of downloaded audio and are available for online pre-order. The Mini costs $109.99, while the Player's estimated dispatch starts on 15 October 2026.

Both players use Yoto Cards to select stories, music, podcasts and other audio. Inserting a card starts playback of its audio. The new Green Button gives access to favourites without a card, with an adult selecting the content in the Yoto app. Separate daytime and nighttime playlists are supported for the button, and each playlist can contain up to 20 titles.

Downloaded audio is available for offline playback on both players, while live radio and some podcasts require an internet connection. Each model uses a new processor and supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 6.1, with dual-band Wi-Fi on the Player.

The Player has stereo speakers and a seven-colour night light that covers the full panel. Its clock, night-light settings and audio can vary with daily family routines. The player supports charging through USB-C as well as wireless charging.

The Mini has an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance and charges over USB-C. Headphone listening is supported through Bluetooth or a wired 3.5mm connection. Both players include one digital title, a reusable Make Your Own Card and stickers, and each carries a two-year warranty.
