Triangle launches Solstice as Esprit-successor range

Triangle has introduced Solstice as its new high-fidelity loudspeaker range, succeeding the long-running Esprit family. The lineup covers the Solstice 8 floorstander, Solstice 3 bookshelf speaker and Solstice C3 centre channel. European suggested retail prices are €1,999 per pair, €999 per pair and €575 each respectively.

Triangle launched Solstice on 22 June 2026 as a new high-fidelity loudspeaker range succeeding Esprit. The family comprises the Solstice 8 floorstander, Solstice 3 bookshelf speaker and Solstice C3 centre channel. Prices are €1,999 per pair for Solstice 8, €999 per pair for Solstice 3 and €575 each for Solstice C3.

Developed and manufactured in Soissons, France, Solstice uses Triangle's TZ2540MG horn tweeter across the range. The speakers also use 16 cm cellulose-pulp midrange or midwoofer drivers. Cabinets are built from high-density MDF panels and use Triangle's Driver Vibration Absorption System.

The Solstice 8 is a three-way bass-reflex floorstanding design. It has dual terminals for bi-wiring or bi-amping. The Solstice 3 is a two-way bass-reflex bookshelf speaker, and the Solstice C3 is a two-way sealed centre-channel speaker. Both use a single terminal block.

The range is structured for two-channel hi-fi and front-stage home-cinema systems. Solstice speakers are available in Teak, Birch, White and Black Ash finishes. The Solstice range is available from June 2026.
