Geshelli Labs has launched the TORC DAC, a desktop digital-to-analogue converter built as a modular platform rather than a fixed-spec component. The launch matters for buyers who want to configure or later alter a DAC’s conversion stage, output stage and input/output hardware without moving to a different chassis.
The TORC is based on replaceable DAC boards and an interchangeable I/O board. Its design also allows hardware-level tuning through four socketed mono/single op-amp positions, while relay-switched digital inputs are used for source selection.
The platform sits in Geshelli’s established direct-sale, configurable product model. The submitted AXPONA 2026 coverage also places the TORC in the company’s show system, while Geshelli’s own TORC information and FAQ pages define the supported module families and note that DSD support depends on the installed DAC module.
