Baum Audio launches Ellipse closed-back headphones
The wired over-ear model gives Baum a first headphone entry alongside its guitar business. Its emphasis is studio and critical listening, with a serviceable design built around replaceable wear parts rather than wireless features.

Baum Audio has launched the Ellipse, a closed-back, over-ear wired headphone aimed at studio users, music professionals and critical listeners. The model extends the Danish company’s audio range from its guitar background into a serviceable headphone design.
The Ellipse is positioned as a practical wired headphone rather than a wireless lifestyle model. Replaceable ear pads and cables are part of the design, while the dual-side cable arrangement also supports a link function for connecting two headphones directly.
Baum Audio lists the Ellipse as designed in Denmark and built with aluminium, brass, faux leather and velour. The official Baum Guitars page also presents the model for studio use, reinforcing the product’s role as a working headphone rather than a portable Bluetooth model.
