LIVEBOX schedules single-box hi-fi system Vienna demo
The project brings Weiss Engineering, PSI Audio and Illusonic into one integrated music system aimed at spatial stereo playback. High End Vienna gives the Swiss collaboration a public setting for its room-aware, installation-led approach to a high-end one-box system.

LIVEBOX is scheduled to be shown at High End Vienna 2026 as an all-in-one music system developed by Weiss Engineering, PSI Audio and Illusonic. The system is built around a single enclosure rather than separate loudspeakers, electronics and source components, with spatial processing positioned as a central part of the product.
The system uses Illusonic True Ambience technology, described as a crosstalk-cancellation approach that reduces sound from the right speakers reaching the left ear and vice versa. The aim is to create a wider stereo image from one cabinet, with room-tailoring options and an on-site setup service intended to adapt the system to a specific listening space.
LIVEBOX also reflects the three-company structure behind the project. Weiss Engineering is associated with the digital audio and processing side, PSI Audio supplies the loudspeaker and amplifier hardware, and Illusonic contributes the spatial-audio processing. The enclosure can be painted in almost any colour, and optional LIVEBASE Classic and LIVEBASE Adjustable stands are planned for different installation needs.

LIVEBOX is scheduled for demonstration at the Austria Center Vienna during High End 2026, from 4 to 7 June 2026, on Level 1, booth 1.70. The submitted article lists a projected price of €20,000.
