TIDAL Audio launches Piano Classic floorstanding speaker
The new model revisits the company’s original Piano loudspeaker for buyers entering TIDAL’s passive speaker range. It keeps the brand’s German production focus while using a more restrained materials brief than its higher-tier designs.

TIDAL Audio has launched the Piano Classic, a floorstanding loudspeaker presented as a 2026 reinterpretation of the first Piano model associated with the German company’s 1999 founding. The model expands the Piano line with a passive speaker aimed at a lower entry point in TIDAL’s range.
The Piano Classic continues TIDAL’s emphasis on in-house assembly and tuning at its Erftstadt facility near Cologne. Its cabinet uses a multi-chamber construction and a Midnight Black piano-lacquer finish, while the driver and crossover layout follows the company’s established passive loudspeaker approach.
Room and system matching are handled through TIDAL’s Vario-terminal, which provides three setup modes for different placement and bass-output requirements. The crossover is isolated in a separate chamber inside the cabinet.
