TDM launches Neo headphones that twist into a speaker

TDM has launched wireless headphones that twist into a portable Bluetooth speaker. The TDM Neo became available in the United States on 6 October 2026 at an announced price of $249. Announced US sales channels include TDM's direct store, Amazon and Walmart.

Neo uses four 40mm drivers, arranged as an inward-facing pair for headphone listening and an outward-facing pair for speaker playback. It has built-in amplification, with speaker-mode power specified at five watts per side. Connectivity includes Bluetooth 6.0 with multipoint support and a 3.5mm analogue audio input. The headphones provide passive noise isolation, while a multi-array microphone system uses environmental noise cancellation for calls.

The headband's twist action can be configured to switch listening modes, pause playback or power off. The accompanying app provides separate customisable EQ profiles for headphone and speaker modes. It also includes a device-location feature, Game Mode and power-management settings, while the headphones have four physical control buttons.

Rated battery life exceeds 200 hours in headphone mode and reaches 16 hours in speaker mode. Neo supports USB-C fast charging, with a specified full-charge time of three hours. Five minutes of charging provides up to eight hours of headphone playback. The battery module is replaceable.

Neo weighs approximately 340g and has an adjustable headband with a vegan-leather cover. Its dual-layer memory-foam ear cushions are removable. The headphones come in black or white. Included accessories comprise a carrying case, a USB-C cable and a 3.5mm audio cable.
