Luxman launches D-100 CENTENNIAL SACD/CD flagship player
The commemorative digital player sits in Luxman’s 100th-anniversary range and combines disc playback with external DAC use. It gives the Japanese brand a new statement source component for systems still built around SACD, CD and digital inputs.

Luxman has launched the D-100 CENTENNIAL, a flagship SACD/CD player and DAC in its Digital Players range. The model is part of the company’s 100th-anniversary programme and gives Luxman a new top-end digital source for disc playback and external digital sources.
The D-100 CENTENNIAL is positioned as a commemorative player for Luxman’s centenary, which the company reached in 2025. It supports two-channel SACD and CD playback, while its digital section can also be used by connected sources rather than only by the internal disc mechanism.
Luxman has built the player around a revised mechanical platform, a dual-mono digital stage and its LIFES feedback engine in version 1.1 form. The larger front display adds a zoom mode and dimming control, keeping system-status information visible from the listening position.

Darko.Audio reports EU pricing at €19,999, with US pricing to be confirmed. The Absolute Sound reported in May 2026 that the D-100 CENTENNIAL was shipping soon.
