Emendion has launched its Aspen Aura microphone on Kickstarter, positioning the miniature wireless microphone as a Bluetooth LE Audio transmitter for one-to-many Auracast-style broadcast audio. The product is aimed at speech capture and shared listening applications where a microphone can feed compatible receivers, including assistive-listening devices.
The Swedish company presents Aspen Aura as both a wearable microphone and a transmitter for compatible receiving devices. Emendion also lists a companion receiver intended to let USB-C devices work with the system without additional software installation.
The product has been developed in Sweden and is manufactured in Europe. audioXpress reports that the microphone and USB-C Auracast receivers are validated and certified, and that the microphone carries CE and FCC certification.

The Kickstarter campaign runs until June 14, 2026, with a reported funding goal of $11,638. audioXpress reports pledge tiers from €89 for the microphone to €549 for a bundle with ten receivers, with early-delivery options targeted for June 2026 and standard fulfillment planned for August 2026.
