Beats opened orders for its new flagship over-ear headphones on 22 September 2026. The Beats 360 wireless headphones cost $349.99 in the US and are rated for 32 hours of playback with active noise cancellation enabled. Orders cover the United States and more than 100 other countries and regions.
The headphones use bespoke drivers with three-layer diaphragms and dual neodymium magnets, alongside a fourth-generation proprietary Beats platform. Active noise cancellation uses eight microphones to analyse sound inside and outside the headphones. A Transparency mode is also included, while switching off both noise cancellation and Transparency activates Adaptive EQ to continually adjust acoustic performance. Personalised Dolby Atmos spatial audio with dynamic head tracking is supported.
Each earcup operates as an independent wireless earphone, with its own battery, antenna and processing circuitry. A single power cable runs through the thin headband to link the earcups for simultaneous charging through a USB-C port on the left. This arrangement shifts weight towards the ear cushions. Fast Fuel charging provides one hour of playback from a five-minute charge.
Beats 360 comes in Black, Cloud, Pink and Sky, with colour-matched Performance Knit memory-foam ear and headband cushions that are removable and interchangeable. The headphones automatically adjust acoustic tuning and noise-cancellation filtering to suit the fitted cushion material. Separate Performance Knit cushion kits add Navy and Volt to those four colours, while UltraPlush kits use memory foam wrapped in engineered leather and come in Black or Ivory. The earcups twist flat for storage, and a woven ripstop carrying case with a magnetic closure is included.
Apple-device features include one-touch pairing, automatic iCloud pairing and switching, plus Audio Sharing with compatible AirPods or Beats headphones. Find My and hands-free Hey Siri are also supported. Android support includes Fast Pair, Audio Switch and Find Hub geolocation. Power and listening-mode buttons sit on the left earcup, with playback and volume controls on the right.
