Barco has completed its acquisition of VerVent Audio Holding, the parent company behind Focal and Naim. The transaction, first announced in March 2026, closed on April 30, 2026.
VerVent is described by Barco as a French-British premium audio company active in high-end audio systems, headphones and automotive OEM audio solutions. Its brands include Focal and Naim, both of which now sit within Barco’s broader audiovisual business.
The agreement covered Barco’s acquisition of 100% of VerVent Audio Holding’s shares. Barco put the enterprise value at approximately €135 million and said the deal would be financed with its own funds. VerVent generated annual revenue of around €110 million.
Barco has positioned the acquisition as a move to expand its portfolio toward fully integrated audiovisual solutions. After closing, VerVent is set to become part of Barco’s Entertainment division.
