Onkyo Muse Y-50 and Y-40 reach German dealers
Onkyo’s Muse Y-50 and Muse Y-40 network integrated amplifiers are available from authorized dealers in Germany as of 23 July 2026. The two Muse Series models combine network streaming with Class D amplification. German prices are 1,499 Euro for the Y-50 and 899 Euro for the Y-40.

Onkyo has put the Muse Y-50 and Muse Y-40 network integrated amplifiers into German dealer availability. The Muse Series models are available from authorized dealers in Germany as of 23 July 2026. The Y-50 is priced at 1,499 Euro in Germany, while the Y-40 is priced at 899 Euro.
Both amplifiers use full digital circuits with Axign Class D amplification. The Muse Y-50 is rated at 250 watts per channel into 4 ohms. The Muse Y-40 is rated at 150 watts per channel into 4 ohms. The Y-50 also adds Onkyo Room EQ room calibration.
The Y-50 supports Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, AirPlay, Google Cast and Music Server network services. Its physical inputs and outputs include HDMI input, HDMI ARC, coaxial and optical digital inputs, USB-A storage playback, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MM/MC phono input, headphone output, pre output and subwoofer output.
The Y-40 supports Spotify Connect, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, AirPlay 2 and Chromecast network services. Its connections include HDMI ARC, coaxial and optical digital inputs, USB-A storage playback, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MM phono input, headphone output and pre output.
Both models measure 350 x 99 x 337 mm and are offered in black and silver finishes. The Muse Y-50 weighs 4.9 kg, and the Muse Y-40 weighs 4.4 kg. The Muse Y-50 sits above the Muse Y-40 in the Muse Series lineup.
