Marantz launches MODEL 70 integrated amplifier outside North America

Marantz has introduced the MODEL 70 as a two-channel integrated amplifier alongside the CD 70 CD player. The amplifier is priced at €850 and £749, and it is not available in North America. It combines current-feedback Class A/B amplification, HDAM circuitry, HDMI ARC and Bluetooth support.

Marantz introduced the MODEL 70 integrated amplifier on 15 July 2026. The two-channel amplifier launches alongside the CD 70 CD player as part of the company’s next entry-level hi-fi offering. It is priced at €850 and £749, and it is not available in North America.

The MODEL 70 uses current-feedback Class A/B amplification and Marantz HDAM circuitry. Output is rated at 50 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 65 watts per channel into 4 ohms. The amplifier also includes a high-performance DAC for digital playback and a moving-magnet phono stage.

Connectivity includes HDMI ARC, preamplifier outputs and a subwoofer output. Bluetooth works in receive and transmit modes, with codec support for aptX Adaptive, aptX HD, AAC and SBC. The CD 70 shares the amplifier’s high-performance DAC and HDAM circuitry.

Marantz offers the MODEL 70 in black and silver-gold finishes. The chassis measures 442 × 375 × 109 mm and weighs 7.9 kg. The matching CD 70 was scheduled for availability from 15 August 2026 through Marantz.com and selected retailers.
