HiFi Rose introduces RW800 ROSE AIR Lite streamer
The compact USB-based module works as an add-on for compatible HiFi Rose streamers or as a standalone network streamer. It supports TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect, Google Cast, Apple AirPlay, Roon Ready playback and Bluetooth 5.2. Local playback support runs to 32-bit/384kHz PCM and DSD128.

HiFi Rose has introduced the RW800 ROSE AIR Lite, a compact USB-based streaming module for Rose streamers and existing hi-fi systems. The unit can operate as an Expansion mode add-on or as a standalone network streamer. It supports local PCM playback up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD128.
Expansion mode connects the RW800 to compatible HiFi Rose streamers over USB-C. The compatible models are the RS201(E), RS250(A), RS150(B), RS520, RS130, RS151 and RS451. Standalone mode allows the module to feed third-party integrated amplifiers, active speakers or external DACs.
The streaming platform list includes TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, Spotify Connect, Google Cast and Apple AirPlay. The RW800 also supports Roon Ready RAAT transport and Bluetooth 5.2. Network connection is available over 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet.
Physical and digital connections include optical S/PDIF input and output. The analog output is rated at 2Vrms over RCA. HiFi Rose lists a 119dB signal-to-noise ratio and an analog THD+N figure of -102dB.
