EAT introduces E-Glo SB and CB phono stages in North America
The E-Glo SB and E-Glo CB extend EAT’s balanced phono-stage range with two full-width models. The SB is a fully discrete tube design priced at $6,250. The CB is a fully discrete tube-hybrid design priced at $4,599.

EAT has introduced the E-Glo SB and E-Glo CB balanced phono stages in North America. The E-Glo SB is a fully discrete tube phono stage with a U.S. SRP of $6,250. The E-Glo CB is a fully discrete tube-hybrid phono stage priced at $4,599.
The two models extend the design line of the E-Glo FB. The E-Glo SB uses a second amplification stage with two ECC83S triodes and two E88CC triodes. The E-Glo CB uses two ECC83S triodes and one transistor in its second amplification stage. Both models use semi-crystalline hydrocarbon polypropylene film capacitors in the gain and RIAA stages.
Both phono stages provide RCA and XLR input and output connectivity. Each model offers gain settings of 40 dB, 45 dB, 50 dB, 55 dB, 65 dB and 70 dB. RIAA accuracy is specified within 0.5 dB from 20 Hz to 20 kHz on both units.
The E-Glo SB and E-Glo CB share the same 395 × 86 × 262 mm chassis dimensions. The SB weighs 5,100 g without its power supply, while the CB weighs 5,000 g without its power supply. In EAT’s balanced phono-stage family, the models sit between the compact E-Glo Petit B and the E-Glo FB. They are available now in North America through VANA Ltd.
